Cancellations and refunds

Due to the high costs involved, we are unable to refund any payment unless we receive at least 10 days notice prior to the event. The course prices have been heavily subsidised for students. Any refunds issued will attract a £5.00 admin charge.

Any name changes for the course will be processed upto 10 days prior to the course only. No name changes will be accepted after this time.

To receive a refund, please use the "Contact Us" page at the top. Please include your full name, address and phone number, date of payment and reason for cancellation.

Any refund requests will only be processed a week after the completion of the event. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the processing of your refund. We usually refund via the same method that was used to pay.
